Started with injection molding and tooling, building manufacturing experience.
Founded Shenzhen Juxin Plastics Co., Ltd., stabilizing quality through automated production and refined management.
Started two-wheeler parts development and completed the first jointly developed thumb throttle, moving from manufacturing to product development.
Connected the full design-to-delivery path and passed ISO 9001 certification.
Expanded the Huizhou production base with an 8,000㎡ plant in operation, further completing the product system.
Factory overview
Huijuxin Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. is in Qiuchang, Huiyang District, Huizhou. We are not a simple injection molding subcontractor: from product structure review through mold making, Spritzguss, finishing, assembly and shipping, every segment of the chain stays in our own hands.
This structure brings one direct benefit — when a problem appears, there is no back-and-forth between several suppliers. A wrong dimension gets a mold change on the spot; an assembly interference feeds back to design the same day. The customer answers to one person, and everything else is absorbed internally.
