1 Equipment
Small parts stay off big machines, and large parts are not split and joined back together. Thin-wall, transparent and appearance parts each get a matching machine and process parameters.
2 工装
Molds are designed, machined, T0-trialled and maintained by our in-house team. We also take customer-supplied molds and shared tooling programs.

3 Process and finishing
Finishing is not the same as outsourcing. Done in our own plant, a color change or a batch of pad printing is handled the same day.
Materials
Domestic and imported raw materials run in parallel, and we purchase to your specified brand and grade. Flame-retardant, food-contact and other special requirements are confirmed by engineering before we answer.
4 Quality and certification
Quality is not caught by a final check. Anomalies are traced to the process with 8D analysis, never pushed onto the material.
5 Cooperation and delivery
Small-batch orders are accepted. Quantity, inspection and delivery terms are confirmed after engineering review.
3D data, 2D drawings or samples, plus expected quantity and delivery requirements.
Check whether the structure can be made, and define the process route and tooling plan.
T0 trials and samples, with appearance and dimensions confirmed.
Produced to the confirmed samples, with inspection before shipping.
