Engagement models

Start from a drawing or a product brief, and choose the most direct path.

If the design is final, we manufacture it. If the product still needs development, we build it. Both routes use the same tooling, molding, finishing and assembly system.

OEM / BUILD TO PRINT

Manufacture from your drawing or sample

For defined designs that need DFM, tooling, trials and production handled by one factory.

  • You provide2D/3D drawings, specifications or samples
  • We deliverDFM, tooling, T0 trials and production
  • You receiveRepeatable parts or assembled products
Send drawings for a DFM review

ODM / DESIGN TO MANUFACTURE

Develop from your product brief

For products that still need industrial design, structural engineering or electronics.

  • You provideProduct brief, reference product or market goal
  • We developDesign, structure, electronics, DFM, tooling and production
  • You receiveA complete concept-to-production path

Injection tooling

From DFM review to T0 trials, tooling and molding in one place.

DFM, mold design and tooling, T0 trials and mold modifications run on the same project brief. We take on new tools, customer-supplied molds and shared tooling programs.

01

DFM: Resolve structure and tooling risk first

Wall thickness, draft, parting line and gate placement are reviewed before the tool plan is set.

02

Tooling: Design, machining and fit stay aligned

Mold design, manufacturing, T0 trials and maintenance are handled by our in-house team.

03

T0: Confirm production conditions with samples

Dimensions, appearance and assembly fit are checked; gates, mold temperature, venting and material are closed out as needed.

Silicone molding

Material, mold and process are defined together.

For projects that need silicone, we combine mold engineering with four vertical silicone presses to evaluate structure, mold type and T0 sampling together. Material grade, hardness, color and acceptance criteria are confirmed per project.

01

Define material and service conditions

Hardness, color, temperature resistance, appearance and required test documents define the process route.

02

Define mold and forming method

Mold design, parting and loading conditions are evaluated without reusing an injection path by default.

03

Confirm the process with T0 samples

Dimensions, appearance and assembly fit confirm the mold and process before production.

How we work

One project brief, from definition to delivery.

01

Define

Drawing, sample, service conditions and delivery targets reviewed into one project brief.

02

Engineer

Structure, material, tooling and process resolved, with a DFM report.

03

Validate

T0 trials and sampling confirm dimensions, fit and appearance.

04

Produce

Injection molding or silicone forming, finishing and assembly run to the approved process.

05

Deliver

Inspection, issue closure and shipping, with traceable outbound status.

Send drawings or a product brief, and we will define the next step.
